MakeMyTrip CEO Denies Hotel Bookings Ban, Says 'It Is Business as Usual'Online travel Portal Site MakeMyTrip on Wednesday denied reports that Asserted that hotel bookings on Its Own Stage in Addition to on Goibibo have been banned, stressing that”it’s business as usual”.

A viral message on societal websites maintained that MakeMyTrip and Goibibo have been prohibited.

According to MakeMyTrip CEO, all reservations on its platforms were being honoured.

“We continue to operate our business as usual, with approximately one lakh room nights reserved only yesterday our platforms,” he added.

Magow’s response came in the background of several resort spouses in Ahmedabad expressing concerns in their commercial terms with MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.

“We have about 55,000 domestic hotels and 500,000 global hotels as our partners and we are proud and blessed to have this broad network of hotels to serve all accommodation needs of our clients,” said the CEO.

“We’re honouring all reservations on our stage across towns, which makes sure that there is no hassle for any single customer who books on MakeMyTrip and Goibibo,” Magow added.

Based on Prashanth Aroor, MD and CEO, Intellistay Hotels, they stay fully available to book via MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.

“We continue to work closely together throughout this period of market confusion to make certain all bookings were honoured at all our hotels and customers aren’t overburdened in anyhow,” he explained.
