Sony Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra, Xperia L3 Allegedly Certified Ahead of Launch

Sony’s upcoming Xperia XA3 series was leaked earlier this month, and now the smartphone has been certified, indicating an impeding launch.

Another smartphone known as the Sony Xperia L3 has also been certified, and all of the three mobiles are largely expected to start at CES 2019, if Sony would be to follow its traditional pattern. To remember, Sony established the Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 Ultra, and Xperia L2 in CES 2018, therefore it might well just launch the successors at the upcoming CES too.

According to a report from Nashvillechatterclass, the Sony Xperia XA3, Sony Xperia XA3 Ultra, and Sony Xperia L3 are certified in Russia together with the model amounts I4113, I4213 and I4312 respectively. To compare, the 2018 variations had similar model numbers with H4113 belonging to Sony Xperia XA2, also H4213 belonged to Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra. These new version numbers just add up to the successors in the offing.

The Sony Xperia XA3 and Xperia XA3 Ultra, specifically, have been leaked in leaves before . The smartphones were seen to sport thin bezels on the upper and bottom chin, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor involving the power and volume rockers, and a double camera set at the back stacked horizontally. In terms of the Sony Xperia L3, there’s little that’s been leaked up to now.

The Sony Xperia XA3 is tipped to operate on Android Pie out of the box, and sport a 5.9-inch (1080×2160 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It’s tipped to be powered with the Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, paired with 6GB RAM. Internal storage is tipped to be at 64GB. The Xperia XA3 will quantify at 155.7×68.3×8.4mm.
